ENVIRONMENT
Production needs must respect the needs of nature. A keen supporter of environmental safeguard, Tintoria Sala has always worked towards reducing its impact on the environment and minimizing waste. As far backas the end of the 70s, we have installed an innovative purification plant, which has been constantly updated and developed over the years. Today, Tintoria Sala can treat up to 3000 m3 of wastewater a day. By devoting great care to the analysis of its production processes in order to reduce timing, it has achieved considerable reduction in energy consumption, for the benefit of the environment.
WAREHOUSE
A 4000 m2 warehouse, constantly monitored and insured against any unforeseen event, houses the yarns of our clients, who can entrust large quantities of goods to Tintoria Sala for free deposit until processing.
LABORATORY
The laboratory is the pride of Tintoria Sala. Here we can control all materials, perform thorough tests, monitor our work and check the outcomes, carry out colour sampling and develop new dyeing processes. It is thanks to laboratory activity that we can also meet requests for small quantities, between 1 and 10 kg.
DYEING
The vast machinery fleet that Tintoria Sala can rely on, consisting of 26 autoclaves, enable us to meet any production needs, from 30 to 1000 Kg per colour, and to clear orders fast, providing a high-quality, efficient service. The potential production capacity of the equipment at Tintoria Sala can reach over 20.000 Kg of processed yarn a day.
